This pouch was once the standard issue IFAK pouch utilized by the US Army, but it has now been replaced by the IFAK II. Designed to accommodate a fully stocked IFAK Insert, containing essential supplies for basic trauma treatment, the pouch features a buckled flap for secure storage. While serving its primary function as an IFAK, it also serves as a versatile general-purpose pouch suitable for carrying items like candy at the range or any other essentials. Additionally, the pouch is MOLLE compatible.
