The Scepter Spout Base is NOT included. This sale is only for one replacement HOSE. REPLACEMENT Hose Kit for the Scepter Military Fuel Can's 3/4" Pour Spout! Make your pour spout look brand new again! This is a much better quality hose than the one that comes with the original pour spout. It will not become brittle and crack. With reasonable treatment and care, this hose should last 10+ years used with gasoline. You will see that one end of the hose is sanded. That is the end that you use the included glue to install into the base. This is for ONE replacement hose for the Scepter MFC pour spouts... The photo showing the yellowed spout and the clear spout is to show the "before & After" of updating your spout.
