Waitress with hat that says Flo's, pouring coffee for man at diner counter. This seems like a milk pitcher. Lid comes off and whatever liquid you put in it gets poured out of the man's foot. Fun, whimsical piece. There's a very small paint chipping on her hat. see picture. Maybe one on the counter, too.
